PRG Urban is your BIA’s first point of contact for member businesses and local resident inquiries.

We take full responsibility for all general and administrative services including responding to all email and social media inquiries. Our online portal allows member businesses the ability to notify us of any maintenance and other issues so they are addressed immediately and tracked for accountability.

As your BIA Management Team, we take responsibility for organizing, attending and recording minutes of all official board meetings, sub-committee, and AGM’s. Our dedicated team of administrators ensures timely notification and communications to all BIA members with respect to municipal, legal, political and small business communications.

Dedicated Neighbourhood Directors

Your BIA will be assigned a dedicated Neighbourhood Director with extensive experience in BIA management, whose role includes engaging in weekly on-site audit meetings of the BIA to identify issues and concerns on behalf of local members and the broader community.

Most importantly your experienced Neighbourhood Director will report to your board in writing with respect to updates, proposed initiatives and ongoing operations.
